“Delay Series B fundraise to Q3 2026. Push past the multi-cloud migration completion so the burn-multiple story reads cleanly. Optionality to accelerate if ARR growth crosses 140% YoY in May/June.”
Add one more engagement. Without adding the hours.
Marlow is a senior analyst who remembers every correction, preference, and confirmed decision across every engagement you run. Your judgment compounds. Your hours don't.
Design-partner cohort is limited. 4+ active engagements preferred.
A decision ledger entry, not a Slack thread
When the revisit trigger fires, Marlow surfaces the decision proactively. When you roll off this engagement, the next CFO inherits the ledger — not a conversation thread that nobody can reconstruct.
Leverage a senior analyst the way a senior analyst actually leverages you
Corrections that teach, not clutter
Edit the narrative inline. Every edit becomes an attributable signal — terminology, framing, emphasis, exclusion — applied to next month. Dedup is built in, so the same preference doesn't pile up as 16 pending items.
Memory that survives a CFO transition
When you roll off, the decision ledger stays with the engagement. The next CFO inherits confirmed decisions, revisit triggers, and board preferences instead of a cold inbox.
Approval gates you can trust
Delivery state machine blocks exports from in-review. Balance sheet must balance before the export button enables. No package with “Gross Margin 0.0%” because upstream data was missing.
One practice across all clients
One login, every engagement. Standardise metric definitions across your book, or diverge per client when the CEO asked you to. Either way, explicit and attributable.
Ad-hoc work without the reset tax
Runway re-cut for a new hiring plan? One question, one answer, cited. Marlow doesn't start over each time — she pulls from the live ledger.
Auditable by design
Every metric has a formula and inputs. Every narrative paragraph has an author and a review mark. Version history is kept, not discarded.
$5,500 / month. First package free. Month-to-month.
One practice. Every engagement. Unlimited packages, unlimited Marlow conversations, every integration. No seat licenses, no “AI add-ons,” no usage meters.
When Inflect isn't a fit for your practice
- You're running under four active engagements. The compounding curve needs volume to pay for itself.
- Your clients refuse any AI-in-the-loop workflow. Marlow drafts everything; the CFO reviews. If that's a hard no, this isn't the right tool.
- You need white-label for your firm brand as a hard launch requirement. We're not there yet; we say so on the kickoff.
- Your books are handled by a bookkeeping partner who can't deliver a closed trial balance by day 10. The workflow will stall.
Design-partner slots are limited
We're currently building with three fractional-CFO practices. If your practice has four or more active clients and is ready to teach Marlow your standards, we'd love to hear from you.
